Excellent coffee and service. The staff at Moka Bay are personable, skilled and efficient, and are always ready to greet me with a smile and a “good morning.” The quality of the coffee is second to none, and the food is delicious and competitively priced. I enjoy all my trips to Mola Bay and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting the Springfield University Hospital site.

I have had the pleasure of having breakfast here twice in two weeks - just great. I did laugh as it was December 2025 and the advertising board caught my eye. Frozen drinks!! I returned in January 2026 and guess what someone brought a Frapucino before my very eyes! Great staff, great food and good frozen drinks all year round:)

I had the pleasure of being served by an outstanding worker Franco, at the café initially and since then I've always wanted him to serve me. He has exceptional people skills, making every customer feel welcome and valued. His caring and attentive nature ensures that all needs are met promptly and with a smile. Additionally, he is highly skilled in his job, providing excellent service consistently to both staff and service users. When I visit the Café I ensure he is available to serve me. Highly recommend. Franco you are great. Others are talking about the service you provide and the fantastic person you are.

Came here today after tramping on site looking for a gut filling breakfast and a wake up coffee, and this place did it. I had a caramel latte and an all day breakfast panini. The panini was almost the length of a baguette and was cut in half, very filling and tbh I almost didn’t finish the last quarter. The caramel latte was high quality and perfect amount of caramel flavouring. Staff was also pleasant and especially this Franco everyone in the reviews keep shouting out, after overhearing so many customers greet franco by name I can see why, very lovely guy and I was lucky enough to be greeted by him through the door as I entered. My honest opinion about the other guy is I think many people misunderstand his stance, his a nice guy but very abrupt. The other reviews about prices and rude staff I do not agree with, being in London you pay for location, it’s business you have to make profit not losses. Prices wise they are very reasonable and with how busy it was even after just opening from 08:05 I did not see much slow down in customers walking in. Franco I hope the very best and success with your cafe and please broaden the Portuguese culture of foods in your cafe so we can experience some home sweet home. The nataya was delicious.
